By using clearit.lol, submitting a URL, or completing checkout you agree to these terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or pay.

Operator

The site is operated for personal fundraising at https://clearit.lol. Contact: minhajjalamx@gmail.com. These terms work with the public Rules. If they conflict, these terms control.

The service

clearit.lol is a paid public ranking toward a $25,000 USD family debt goal. A payment is a chance to appear at the rank that amount can take when Polar confirms it. It does not buy traffic, clicks, customers, or a locked #1 forever. Someone else can pay more (including the $5 #1 margin) and outrank you.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract.
• If you list a company site, you must be authorized to represent it.

Payments

• Checkout is processed by Polar. Card details are entered on Polar, not on this site.
• USD, whole dollars, from $1 up to the remaining goal.
• Each checkout is a new bid. Rank is assigned when payment is confirmed.
• Polar’s checkout terms also apply.

No refunds

Payments are final. Being outranked, a quieter Today board after midnight Eastern Time, fewer clicks than you hoped, or a later removal for breaking the rules does not create a refund. If Polar reverses an order, the listing can be removed and totals updated. Chargebacks without a required legal basis may lead to removal and a ban.

Listings

You grant permission to display the URL, title, description, and icon we fetch. You must have the right to send visitors there. Listings that break the Rules may be removed without refund. We may refuse or take down a listing that is illegal, harmful, or misleading.

No warranties

The site is provided as is. Rankings, visitor counts, and remaining amounts can change as payments settle. We are not liable for lost business or ranking disputes beyond what the law requires. Our total liability for a claim about a payment is limited to the amount you paid for that listing.
